Steven received his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University, while working as an Athletic Trainer with high-school, college (NCAA Division I Swimming, Football and Basketball), and professional level athletes (Toronto Argonauts, CFL). After graduating in 1992, Steven earned his M.S.P.T. degree in 1996 from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. He began his career in Physical Therapy specializing in outpatient Orthopedics, while earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2006. Steven is part owner of the Progressive Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. He works full time in the clinic, as well as part time instructing other licensed physical therapists around the country in continuing education toward the credentials of Certified Integrative Manual Therapist (C.I.M.T) with Great Lakes Seminars (see glseminars.com/ cervical-thoracic instructors). Steven was certified in Dry Needling by the Spinal Manipulation Institute in 2013.
Recently, Steven has developed and patented a unique method for whole-body exercise, the G.R.I.D. system. (see video on home page), and is working toward an Osteopractic Certification with the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

John graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota/ certification as an Exercise Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine in 1997. He worked as an Exercise Physiologist for 3 years, conducting cardiac stress tests and cardiac rehabilitation. John graduated in 2002 from the University of Minnesota with a Master of Physical Therapy. During his graduate school education, he co-authored a study on scapular kinematics (published in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Vol 84, Sept. 2003) He is a Certified Manual Specialist in the treatment of thoracic, lumbar and pelvic ring dysfunctoin with International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. John is also certified in Dry Needling. John is part owner of Progressive Physical Therapy and is currently working toward an Osteopractic Certification with the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Michelle graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1992, with a specialty in neuro-rehab. With employment through the years in adult neuro, acute care, home health care and outpatient orthopedics, along with continuing education in the McKenzie program, yoga therapy, osteopathic techniques, and myofascial release, she has studied under several of the original modern manual therapists. Michelle has continued on to earn the Certified Intregrated Manual Therapist title from Great Lakes Seminars, which trains therapists to “assess dysfunction from a whole body perspective, connecting the dots from the driver of the problem to the painful area”. Michelle has developed a unique and eclectic system for treating clients which intergrates a holistic knowledge of the mind and body, and partners with each individual to maximize health and well-being. Michelle is part owner of the clinic, and is currently pursuing further knowledge in intergrative health.
John J. Quintinskie Jr., PhD., P.T.A.
John is originally from Seattle Washington. He received a B.A. in Kinesiology and M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Washington and a Ph.D. in Exercise Biochemistry from Washington State University. He has worked in physical rehabilitation in a number of capacities over the course of his career. He has been the directer of a cardiac rehabilation program in Ocala Florida and worked in various capacities in strength and condition, fitness and nutrition and diabetes education at various times in his career. He also is the inventor or the SHARQ shoulder and rotator cuff stretching machine and developer of the comfortable tension stretching system (CTS/LLPS). He is currently working towards improving his skills at manual therapy techniques and hopes to one day become a certified manual specialist.
Letitia Morris, P.T.

Letty graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1991 with B.S. in Physical Therapy. She has worked all across the country in a variety of settings, including acute care hospitals focusing on wound care and rehab to oupatient orthopedics with industrial clients and athletes. Letty started with Progressive Physical Therapy in 2011 using the manual skills she has gained through all of her experience to promote patient wellness. Her techniques include Myofascial Release, soft tissue and joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise and a strong patient education component. She firmly believes in trying to resolve patient symptoms in a way that fits with the chosen lifestyle of that patient.

Paul graduated from Upstate Medical in Syracuse, NY in 1992 with a B.S. degree in P.T. Paul has many years experience in Outpatient Orthopedics, specializing in foot/ankle, spine and shoulder problems. Paul is McKenzie Credentialed in the treatment of the spine and extemities, and is also certified by Titleist as a Golf Rehabilitation Professional. Paul approaches his treatments holistically, with emphasis on future injury prevention. He is a member of the APTA and the McKenzie Institute, and has worked at Progressive Physical Therapy since 2013.
Jennifer Rogers, PTA

Jennifer graduated from Pima Community College, with honors in November, 2008, and has been with Progressive Physical Therapy ever since. Jennifer specializes in Manual Therapy of the spine, pelvis and extremities, and vestibular rehab. She combines her passion with helping people with her training in myofascial release, osteopathic joint mobilization, and muscle retraining to assist her clients on their journey back to health and well-being.
Beth Richards, PTA

Beth graduated from Mid America Nazarene University located in Olathe, KS in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Psychology. Beth coached Women’s soccer at the collegiate levels as well as coaching youth teams of all ages. Beth graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Pima Medical Institute in 2015. Beth has prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility focusing on Acute/Sub-acute rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedics. Beth continues to work towards furthering her knowledge in myofascial release & manual therapy techniques and plans to become a certified manual specialist.
